Time & Attendance
The Protos Teleport® Reporting System is a proprietary, technology-assisted platform that alleviates the need for manual time attendance and hand-written supervisor signatures. Guard attendance is monitored and documented by Protos’ proprietary time and attendance system. This system also manages guard scheduling for just one guard or hundreds of security personnel located across the country.
The Protos Teleport Time and Attendance Phone System gives our team of professionals complete control of every guard that services your locations. By requiring guards to clock-in & clock-out using this proprietary system, we receive real time status reports of every guard’s service time. Metrics are put into place to let us know the exact moment a guard clocks-in and clocks-out. This data is time-stamped and uploaded into our database in real time. We know within minutes if a guard is late and can act accordingly to secure a replacement. This system eliminates discrepancies with time keeping and makes it impossible for our clients to be over billed. The Protos Teleport Time and Attendance Phone System also provides our guards the means to report an incident immediately so that we can respond quickly and effectively to the situation― often before the client even knows an incident has occurred.

After Arrival time has lapsed for:
- 05 minutes - Local Supervisor is notified
- 10 minutes - Local Supervisor is notified a second time
- 15 minutes - Protos is notified
- 30 minutes - Protos and Affiliate are notified again
- 45 minutes - Protos, Affiliate and Client are notified
These alerts will continue until the guard is on-site and the issue is resolved. As a result, Protos affiliate guards average a 97% on-time arrival and the majority of attendance issues are rectified within 20 minutes. The Protos Teleport System is instrumental in achieving these high performance metrics.
Protos Teleport Alert System™– Protos believes in complete transparency and ongoing communication. The way to achieve this is to assume full accountability for your guard program, 24/7. For effective communication, fast, detailed documentation is imperative. Should an officer arrive late at a particular assignment, Protos and the client can be notified instantly.
In addition, Protos clients will also participate in the Teleport Instant Incident Reporting System. When an officer leaves a verbal incident report on the Protos Teleport System, both the client and Protos are notified immediately. Relevant details of the situation are communicated instantly.
