Quality Assurance

On-Site Quality Assurance Surveys - Protos Quality Assurance representatives regularly survey our clients’ management teams through Location Quality Assurance Surveys (LQAS) in order to measure the degree of performance and satisfaction produced by Protos Security and our affiliates’ security personnel.  Surveys may be conducted at scheduled recurring intervals, randomly at each assignment location, or as otherwise requested by clients. Location Quality Assurance Surveys are designed to be direct but also reveal the quality of performance by security personnel at each assignment location.

Quality Assurance Queries – In the unlikely event that a performance issue is reported, an immediate investigation is conducted by a Protos Quality Assurance Supervisor to ascertain the situation and oversee the implementation of an effective resolution. Follow-up surveys are scheduled to measure the success of any corrective actions and ensure the ongoing performance of all security personnel.

• Immediate Response to Address Quality Assurance Issues - Any time dissatisfaction or a performance issue is reported to a Quality Assurance representative of Protos Security, an immediate investigation is conducted in order to determine the facts of what occurred, and then establish a corrective plan of action to prevent any further occurrences or patterns of similar problems.  Finally, follow-up surveys are scheduled to measure the effectiveness of any corrective actions and to help reestablish satisfaction with the performance of all security personnel at the particular assignment location.
• Site Inspections and Performance Reviews – Protos performs routine inspections and performance reviews of all active affiliates and locations.  This process involves a comprehensive audit of current services being rendered, levels of supervision, the business/administrative flow, the site and facility audit, and any other aspect of the program that might need to be included.
