Program Roll-Out

Do you have a new program to implement to all your security locations?  Protos Security can help with your program roll-out and troubleshoot every aspect of your new program. We’ll mange material development including signage, memos, post order changes, equipment orders and delivery. We’ll also work closely with our security affiliates to ensure proper training for all the officers on location, and communicate changes to the pertinent personnel.  Lastly, Protos Security will ensure the success of your new program by researching and preparing periodic project progress reports and/or site visits, as required.
